“I experienced a loss of business, and was at a crisis point when I began the Prosperity Preparedness Program. I am a creative person, with all kinds of ideas. As an entrepreneur I love to work, and do for myself. Through the Prosperity Circles process I was able to see where I was in every area of my life, the choices I had made, and the consequences of those choices. My difficulty was in choosing one or two projects rather than ten.
As a result of this process I began to center and focus, and get real with myself. You are forced to think, and concentrate on your ideal plans in 3 hour increments. I was reminded of the things I enjoy working on, and realized I needed to decide on one project.
My vision narrowed down to developing a project for active senior living. I wanted to reduce my dependence on work for contracting clients, and concentrate on a project for myself that would support my wife and myself, and in the long run provide a retirement income.
With this focus in mind I started to talk with realtors and receive listing sheets for various land and buildings offered for sale.
Within a few months of making a commitment to my vision, my realtor found an old hospital property, with 99 rooms, on two and half acres with 38,000 square feet of building space. I was able to purchase the property at foreclosure sale.
With a plan in mind I quickly formed a Partnership with a close friend and business client to purchase and develop this opportunity into a (41) unit housing project.

Prosperity Circles and now Momentum Circles, (a “graduate” level of Prosperity Circles), has been my constant companion since spring 2007. This group has taught me that I draw my own map, based on my heart’s deepest desires for love, fulfillment, joy, and meaning. And I’m always safe because Spirit is my protection and source. James’s meditations and affirmations help ground me. Linda’s personal as well as professional/financial experience help guide me. The facilitators and my fellow participants together provide very practical as well as spiritual and emotional support.
In the last year, I did a cash flow statement for the first time in my life (and I’m still doing them!) Plus, I’ve already begun my ministry—teaching classes, doing spiritual tutoring and mediation, leading prayer and healing circles. I still own a beautiful home, drive a great car, but now I’m ALSO living a life enriched with meaning and love—a life that sitting alone in my law office just four years ago and staring dejectedly at the clock tower of a nearby building, I would have called “impossible.”
